Help Me Sell
Delete your account
Last updated: 4 September 2026
You can delete your Help Me Sell account and its data from inside the app, at any time, without contacting us.
How to delete your account
- Open the Help Me Sell app and make sure you are signed in.
- On the Home screen, tap the menu icon in the top left.
- Scroll to Delete account and tap it.
- Confirm when asked. The deletion happens straight away.
There is no waiting period and no way to undo it. If you want to use Help Me Sell again afterwards, you will need to create a new account.
What is deleted
Deleting your account removes the following permanently:
| Your profile | Name, email address, phone number, photograph and location |
|---|---|
| Your listings | Every item you have posted, along with its photographs |
| Your messages | Conversations with other users, including any photographs sent |
| Your saved items | Anything you have added to your favourites |
| Your reviews | Reviews other people have written about you |
| Your coins | Any remaining coin balance and its history. Coins have no monetary value and cannot be refunded or transferred. |
| Notifications | The notification token for any device you have used |
What is kept
Records of payments made through Google Play or the Apple App Store are held by those companies, not by us, and are subject to their own policies. We keep no separate copy of your payment details — we never receive them.
Where we are required by law to retain a record of a transaction, we keep the minimum needed for that purpose and nothing else.
If you cannot access the app
If you have lost access to your account and cannot delete it yourself, email helpmesell.sg@gmail.com from the address the account was registered with, and we will delete it for you. We aim to do this within 30 days.
Deleting some data without deleting your account
You do not have to delete your whole account to remove individual items. You can delete any listing from My Listings, and you can edit or remove your profile photograph and location from your profile at any time.
